Project Manager
Cairn Collaborative's Project Manager is the primary liaison among the client, design team, and field crew on the job site, overseeing effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders such as the carpentry foreperson and trade partners.
Carpenter
Cairn Collaborative's carpenters support the Project Manager by being able to follow instructions, work unsupervised for extended periods, and reliably uphold the company's standards for safety, quality, teamwork, customer service, and values.
Architectural Designer
Cairn Collaborative's architectural designer is responsible for generating the architectural drawings required for permitting with relevant agencies and executing Cairn’s projects in the field.
Office Admin
Cairn Collaborative’s office admin is the first point of contact for Cairn and keeps the office and communication functions running smoothly and efficiently across all staff and clients. The office Admin is responsible for the company’s efficiency and communications and supports technical items, phones, supplies, flyers, tri-folds, banners, mail, and other general office responsibilities.
